SHIPPING

All of our products are made to order. We are usually able to ship out items within 3 to 5 business days of the order. We always ship via US Mail. If you have any questions, or need something quick, please reach out to our customer service team and we will do our best to accomodate you.

RETURNS

Due to the custom nature of our items, we are unable to accept returns. We also do not accept returns for sizing issues. We do provide size measurements in each listing.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

For our clothing options, we suggest you wash cold, inside out. Dry on low or hang to dry.

For our Mugs, plates and platters, they are dishwasher and microwave safe.
